One of the most popular services CCG offers is group team building. These sessions are often based on the unique personal characteristics each team member brings to the table as well as the dynamics of the group overall. Our team expertise is highly experienced and we also teach these skill sets to other professionals in continuing education situations.

Faster, more efficient learning is now provided in a suite of products designed to be used by individuals and organizations. These podcasts, webinars, and in-person events are designed to meet the changing needs of our clients. Many of these products include advanced levels of education in The Birkman Method™ and are based on our decades of Birkman experience and training facilitation
Executive Coaching
We provide personal coaching for a new or seasoned executive who wants a guide to uncover their natural leadership attributes and any obstacles that prevent achieving goals. We include Advanced reports from the executive’s Birkman Profile to customize the agenda and goals to be personally robust.
Leader Refinement
Program™
This program is meant to refine a leader’s style by redirecting selected behaviors, aligning with a new company direction, or paying attention to areas that can help achieve greater success.
For new leaders, those in a management training program, or building strength for tomorrow’s leaders, we recommend our Leader On-Line™ program.
360 Degree Survey
This is a multi-rater survey that provides the perspective of an individual, their supervisor, peers and direct reports regarding the individual’s strengths and weakness. Up to 10 individuals can provide perspective and add additional comments for context or explanation. Options we can provide at different price points:
a. 360 report only
b. Report plus a personal review of the results
c. Report, results and action plan
d. Report, results, action plan and coaching to achieve objectives in a 6 or 12-month time frame.
Coach Development
This program is designed to take current coaches to the next level by incorporating data from The Birkman Method. Helpful for independent coaches or organizational internal coaches. Knowledge and experience with The Birkman Method is a pre requisite. Available online or in-person.
Consultant Mentoring
This is individual or group mentoring on important topics for independent or organizational consultants. It includes advanced insights around Birkman connections, improving your Birkman report reviews, workshop options to offer your clients, business plan for consulting practice, marketing for practice, understanding Birkman reports and available programs, writing proposals, pricing examples, analyzing teams, planning virtual and in-person team sessions, online presence, and more.

This is designed for freshmen, those who need assistance in career/major direction, optimum campus considerations, course material, MBA programs, and parents seeking to support the college transition for their student(s).
Veterans, Military, and Law Enforcement
For Veterans, we offer aid in civilian career opportunities and disability options. We also offer services in team dynamics, optimum communication, stress management, family support/work life balance, and retirement options.
Non-Profit and Faith Based
For non-profits, we offer services in team dynamics, communication practices, stress management, and career ascension. For faith-based organizations, we offer services in organizational issues, delegation, accountability, congregation programs (career, family, marriage, and parenting), stress management, life-direction, and personal balance.
Leader Report Card™
This can be used by individual leader for insights into specific strengths and areas that need attention. Leadership is a comprehensive concept, made up of many different competencies that may be specific to one’s organization an influenced by a leader’s personality. We also have a 180-degree version to compare the leader and their supervisor for a broader perspective on where to leverage the leader’s skills and which areas can benefit most from attention.
